In 2010, Saint Jude Youth Council started as a chapel based youth ministry, composed mostly of young people of Barangay Ibaba, and other youths from other ministries like Saint Jude Choir, Saint Jude Altar Knights, Legion of Mary and Ministry of Lectors and Commentators.

          The core mission of the ministry is to encourage the young people to serve God and others through prayers, fellowship, charities and other activities. For over twelve years, the ministry gained members with the support of the Saint Jude community.

 

          As of 2024, SJYC has around 38 members and 17 aspirant members under the leadership of the Sis. Mary Jane De Vera (SJYC Head Coordinator), Sis. Flordeliza Miranda (SKI President) with other coordinators and advisers such as Jandrolee Sanchez, Eugene Manaog, et al. The new generations of officers include Marry Jane E. Vargas (President), James Benedtct S. Etis (Vice-President), Vherlynn Joyce Lastrollo (Secretary), and Clark Ehnard D. Perez (Treasurer).
